1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Acool Watch website (acoolwatch.com) or by booking or using our cleaning services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Our Services

Acool Watch provides professional home cleaning services, including but not limited to deep cleaning, regular maintenance cleaning, and move-in/out cleaning. Services are described on our website and in your quote or booking confirmation. We will perform services with reasonable care and in accordance with any agreed scope. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. removal of all stains) where these depend on factors outside our control.

3. Quotes, Bookings, and Payment

Quotes: Quotes are valid for the period stated (e.g. 30 days) and are based on the information you provide. We may revise the quote if the property or scope of work differs at the time of service.
Bookings: A booking is confirmed when we accept your request and, where applicable, when payment or deposit is received. You are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.
Payment: Payment terms (e.g. due on completion, in advance for recurring services) will be set out in your quote or booking. We accept payment by the methods we specify. Late payment may result in interest or suspension of service.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee as stated in your booking or our FAQ. We may cancel or reschedule in cases of force majeure (e.g. severe weather, illness) and will work with you to find an alternative date where possible.

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate contact and property information and any access codes or keys necessary for the scheduled visit.
Ensure a safe environment for our staff (e.g. notify us of hazards, pets, or special conditions).
Secure or remove valuable or fragile items if you wish to avoid handling by our team.
Not use our services for any illegal or improper purpose.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with a cleaning service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will, at our option, re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost or offer a partial refund in line with our policy. This does not apply where the issue is due to factors outside our control (e.g. pre-existing damage, inadequate access).

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Acool Watch and our staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (e.g. loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service. We are fully insured for our cleaning operations; specific coverage details are available on request.

8. Intellectual Property and Website Use

All content on our website (text, images, logos, design) is owned by Acool Watch or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it or that is unlawful.

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our website or services if you breach these Terms or for other reasonable cause. You may stop using our services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. liability, indemnity, governing law) will remain in effect after termination.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Acool Watch operates (as stated on our website or in your contract). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
